PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The FEE for mediation is set out below:

$300.00per party for 2 Hour mediation.

$500.00 per party for Half-Day Mediation.

$900.00 per party for Full-Day Mediation.

Any room rental charges, if any, will also be charged equally between the parties.

We accept law firm checks, business checks, cash, and credit cards.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS, PLEASE.

If the mediation lasts longer than the allotted time, you will be billed at the rate of $150.00 per party for each additional hour.
