Cancellation: If any party cancels for any reason within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, the party canceling will be responsible for its portion of the total mediation fee. If both parties cancel (as opposed to rescheduling) within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, both parties are responsible to pay half of the mediation fee.
