Details of the Fatal San Antonio Texas 18 Wheeler Accident

A San Antonio woman lost her life when her vehicle collided with an 18 wheeler. The fatal Texas 18 wheeler accident occurred on the afternoon of May 1 on the Interstate 35 access road just past the Rittman Road exit ramp. The woman’s vehicle struck the rear end of the tractor trailer at a stoplight. Local police told reporters that the woman’s SUV rolled under the big rig and was pinned. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.

Orange County Fatal Texas 18 Wheeler Accident

An Orange County man perished in a fatal Texas 18 wheeler accident during the early morning hours of May 6. Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety showed that officers responded to an accident call at 2:40a.m. The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 near Martin Luther King Drive in Orange. A Nissan pickup truck collided with the rear end of a tractor trailer in congested traffic. The pickup truck driver was pronounced dead at the scene, but the tractor trailer driver was unhurt. Local police closed down all traffic on the highway’s eastbound lanes for several hours.

Temple Couple Involved in Texas Big Rig Accident

Authorities in Temple are investigating a fatal Texas big truck accident which took the lives of a local couple. The couple was traveling on State Highway 95 just south of Northeast Loop 363 near U.S. Highway 36. The couple’s red Toyota sedan collided with a dump-style truck carrying a load of sheet metal. The impact of the collision crushed the front end and the driver’s side door. The dump truck landed on its side in a grass-covered ditch. The couple in the sedan were both pronounced dead at the scene, while the truck driver sustained minor injuries.
